摘    要:为减小对京包铁路运煤线路的运营影响,京包铁路分离式立交桥采用转体施工。与一般大吨位T形刚构转体桥设计类似,该桥存在因设计时考虑现场施工因素不多,导致施工难度和安全风险增加的现象。结合桥梁施工及监控实践,通过有限元建模分析,提出了适度增大主墩与铁路控界的距离、大尺寸承台形状由圆形修改为带圆倒角的矩形、取消滑道上满铺的四氟滑板而仅在撑脚下方布设、增大现浇段长度划分等设计优化措施,并就施工安全、工期、费用等因素进行对比分析,验证优化措施的合理性和有效性。

Abstract:To reduce the impact on the operation of Beijing-Baotou railway coal line,swivel construc-tion is used.And similar to generally large tonnage T-rigid frame bridge swivel design ,less consider-ation of construction factor leads to increased difficulty in construction and safety risks.Combined with the bridge construction and monitoring practices,and based on the finite element model,design optimization measures are proposed.The distance between main pier and rail control sector can be ap-propriately increased,the shape of large-scale base should be modified as a rectangle with rounded fil-let instead of circle,and PTFE slide on the whole slide can be canceled,only stayed under square foot,and cast delineation length can be further increased.With comparative analysis on construction safety,duration,cost and other factors,optimization measures are proved reasonable and valid, which provide references for similar swivel bridge design.
