| 摘 要： | 软件项目管理是软件项目开发的关键技术之一。MIS系统是开发最多、使用最为广泛的软件系统。但也有许多开发失败的例子。本文分析讨论了MIS系统开发过程中的过程设计和需求管理问题,介绍了有关的概念和理论,并提出了一些相应的方法。
