| Abstract: | The main works are discussed in the paper,which should be done by captains in time chartering in order to carry out shipping of good quality safely and efficiently.It is discussed by examples what should be the throughts and countermeasures in emergent danger situations such as out of control for ship maneuvering,encounter of big disaster winds and dragging anchor in mooring etc.,which will be a help for converting danger to safety and avoiding coontinuous accidents. |
