低温等离子体净化汽车尾气中NO的研究

摘    要:采用介质阻挡放电等离子体脱除汽车尾气中的NO,通过试验对“N2+NO”模拟尾气的低温等离子体净化作了研究;考察了放电电压、尾气在等离子体反应器中的停留时间、NO初始浓度对模拟尾气中NO去除率的影响;对低温等离子体脱除汽车尾气中NO的可能途径作了探讨,并从中判断出N2+NO体系中的主要反应,建立了动力学模型。模型中NO的反应动力学曲线与试验数据的一致性良好,证明了反应机理的合理性。

Abstract:Non-thermal plasma technology,which is advanced in the field of exhaust treating,has special advantages when it is used to treat gas pollutant.The dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) plasma technology was applied to remove NO_x from automobile exhaust in this paper.The treating of the simulated exhaust consisting of N_2 and NO by non-thermal plasma was studied via experiment.The influence of the discharge voltage,the resident time of the simulated exhaust in the DBD reactor and the initial concentration of NO were detected in the course of NO_x removal.Then the possible reaction approaches of NO_x removal from automobile exhaust by non-thermal plasma were analyzed,from which the main reactions in the simulated exhaust were selected.The kinetics model was set up,in which the kinetics figure was consistent with the experiment data.Thus the reaction mechanism can be proved to be reasonable.
