节能车车架选型和轻量化设计

摘    要:在ANSYS9.0中以梁单元理念建立车架的有限元模型。在材料、梁截面一致的情况下,计算上浮式、下沉式两种车架结构的强度和刚度,确定出更优化的车架结构;在较优的车架结构基础上,换用多种截面类型的梁进行有限元分析,计算出满足强度和刚度时梁的最小截面积,实现车架的轻量化,从而达到节能目的。

Abstract:Based on the theory of beam element,the FEA(finite element analysis)model of the frame was set up in Ansys9.0.Then,the stiffness and rigidity of both the floating and sinking frame were calculated,in order to confirm the better one.And to lighten the sinking frame,the FEA was processed by changing the beam section.At last,we used beams with the minimum section to save energy.
