大秦线2万吨重载列车试验研究

摘    要:为开行2万吨重载列车,2003年起铁道部研究引进采用电控空气制动技术(ECP技术)和机车无线同步操纵技术(Locotrol技术),经研究决定采纳GE公司Locotrol列车无线同步遥控操作技术开行2万吨重载列车,开展相关试验研究。机车改造和第一次列车运行试验于2004年10月-12月在大同和大秦线进行。然后在2005年-2006年初的一年多的时间里,又进行了6次相关试验研究,2006年3月大秦线正式开行2万吨重载列车。

Testing Investigation of 20000 Ton Heavy.Haul Train on Da-Qin Line

Abstract:To meet the increasingly demand of the market of transport in China MOR begun to investigate operation of the heavy haul train with 20000 ton on DaQin line. After detailed research, GE's LOCOTROL distributed power system was adopted. From October to the De- cember in 2004, the braking device of electric locomotive was transformed and the first longitudinal dynamics train test was carried out. From then on till early 2006, about one year, six longitudinal dynamics train tests was carried out. All tests were completed in February 2006, and the 20000 ton heavy haul train had begun the commercial operation on Da- Qin line.This paper presents the test cases about the heavy haul train with 20000 ton on Da-Qin line. The content includes design for longitudinal dynamics tests, development of data acquiring and processing system, the results and analysis of the tests.
