本文在与货物列车编组计划和旅客列车开行方案进行比较的基础上，分析了铁路行包快运专列开行方案编制的特点。考虑到行包快运专列快捷运输的定位、车底的循环使用和运输需求的波动，对需求不固定、无能力约束、不固定编组的行包快运专列开行方案的优化编制方法进行了研究。通过分析货流、车流、列流间的关系，在快运专列的车流径路的候选集的基础上，以运输效益最大化为目标，考虑专列成对开行的约束，建立线性整数规划模型，确定合理的专列开行区段、开行数目和编组内容。

Research on the Optimization Method of Railway Parcel Express Trains Plan

Based on comparison with freight train formation plan and passenger train plan,this paper analyzes the characteristic of railway parcel express trains plan.Considering the orientation of railway parcel express train,the cyclic use of wagon and the fluctuation of demand,this paper has discussed the optimization method of railway parcel express trains plan without fixed demand,capacity constraint and fixed formation.By analyzing the relations among freight flow,wagon flow and train flow,on the basis of candidate path of train,the paper has built an ILP model aiming to maximize the profit and considering the trains running in pairs.With application of the model,reasonable section,number and formation of railway express trains plan can be gotten.
