摘    要:人行道是城市步行交通系统的重要组成部分,其服务水平直接决定出行者对步行出行方式的选择态度。与传统的机动车服务水平以交通流运行状况作为评价指标不同,本文从行人步行的舒适性和安全性角度出发,通过分析行人主观感受与道路物理设施和交通流运行状况等客观因素之间的关系,研究人行道行人服务水平的评价方法。在大量调查数据基础上,利用SPSS软件运用数理统计方法检验确定了人行道行人服务水平主要影响因素,并以主要影响因素为自变量建立了人行道行人服务水平评价模型,提出了人行道行人服务水平等级划分依据。

Abstract:The sidewalk is an important part of urban pedestrian transportation system,the service quality of which influences the attitude of townspeople towards walk.Different from the traditional research on level of service for vehicle measured by the traffic operational conditions,this paper has taken pedestrian comfort and safety into consideration,studied the method of assessing pedestrian level of service by analyzing the relationship between subjective perceptions of pedestrians and the conditions of the road physical devices as well as the traffic flow operation.The paper has determined the primary factors which influence the pedestrian level of service for sidewalks on the basis of massive data in statistic method by using SPSS,and then developed the step-wise regression model along with the standard for compartmentalizing pedestrian level of service on the basis of the main factors.
