| 摘 要： | 随着高速公路的快速发展和计算机技术的日益进步，传统的养护管理手段已经显得效率低下。结合高速公路养护管理的实际需要，对现有的管理系统进行修改，尝试基于网络和地理信息系统技术（WebGIS）发具有应用价值的养护管理软件。可极大地提升公路管理的效率。

| Abstract: | With the quick development of freeway and daily progress of computer the traditional maintenance measurement has been less effective. Combining with the practical need of freeway maintenance management the paper provided the advise of developing valuable maintenance and management software based on the internet and Geographical Information System on present management systerm which can greatly increase the highway management efficiency. |
