The "Buliwimp Effect" in Book Supply Chain Affect the Information Construction of Library

To satisfy the growing educational and research need, the Polytechnic library would regularly increase the amount of information within the system. In order to satisfy the growing needs and evaluation, Polytechnic library would also purchase discount books. While doing that, the library would encounter what is called the ＂Bullwimp effect＂. This paper discusses the consequence of such effect and how to deal with it.
