掺膨胀剂水泥稳定碎石路用性能

为减小水泥稳定碎石基层材料收缩变形量, 增强其抗裂能力, 采用向水泥稳定碎石材料中掺加适量膨胀剂, 通过膨胀剂的微膨胀来减小材料的收缩变形。室内试验结果和实体工程均表明, 膨胀剂能在水泥稳定碎石基层中产生微膨胀, 抵消材料的部分收缩, 增加其密实度, 使其抗裂性能提高50%左右, 因此, 掺膨胀剂水泥稳定碎石具有优良的抗裂性能。

Road Performance of Cement-Stabilized Aggregate Mixture with Expansion Agent

In order to low the shrinkage of cement-stabilized aggregate, appropriate expansion agent was added to cement-stabilized aggregate,its close-grained degree could be improved,its shrinkage could be decreased when the micro-expansion of expansion agent came into being.Test result show that cement-stabilized aggregate mixture with expansion agent has good character,its resisting shrinkage ability is increased by 50%,so cement-stabilized aggregate mixture with expansion agent has favorable road-applied capability.11 tabs,3 figs,10 refs.
