摘    要:铁路线路走向的选择评价是一个多目标决策过程,为了对新建铁路线路的走向进行系统科学地评价和选择,构建了由工程投资、客流情况、环境保护和工程条件4个评价指标组成的指标体系,运用三角模糊数的TOPSIS评价方法,对线路走向的选择进行了实证分析评价。三角模糊数的TOPSIS评价方法,克服了AHP和FAHP评价方法的因主观因素造成的对结果产生影响的缺点。分析结果表明:三角模糊数的TOPSIS评价方法对新建铁路线路走向的选择有较好的适用性。

Abstract:Line selection of a new railway is a multi-objective decision-making process. In order to make a scientific and reasonable evaluation and selection of a new railway line, this paper establishes the index system which includes 4 indexes( project investment, passenger flow, environmental protection and engineering condi- tion). Then the paper uses the TOPSIS evaluation method with the triangle fuzzy number for a demonstration of railroad line selection. The TOPSIS evaluation method with the triangle fuzzy number has overcome the shortcom- ings due to subjectivity of AHP and FAHP method. The result indicates that the TOPSIS evaluation method with the triangle fuzzy number has good application value in the selection of a new railway line.
