A型地铁车辆转向架大修工艺分析

南京地铁1号线列车采用中外联合研制的标准A型地铁车辆转向架,该类型转向架大修主要采用自修与委外相结合的模式,工艺流程分为分解-部件检修-组装-试验4步,大修重点按模块化可分为构架检修、轮对轴承轴箱检修、驱动系统检修、悬挂系统检修、制动系统检修、中心牵引装置检修以及转向架组装后的静载称重试验。该类型转向架的关键部件及重要零配件均采用进口部件,其委外检修质量控制、进度控制及备件的供应是制约大修周期的重要因素。除此之外,人员熟练程度、检修能力等也会影响大修的整体进度。可以通过进口部件的国产化、委外部件的质量检查、提高人员操作技能等多种措施,提高转向架大修的质量及效率。

Analysis of A-type Metro Bogie Overhaul Technology

The car of Nanjing metro line one adopt the standard A -type metro bogie,designed by the union of Nanjing Puzheng and French ALSTOM company, the overhaul mode of this type bogie is mainly combine autonomous repair with precatory repair, the technological process is divided into decomposition - component overhaul - assembly - test four steps, and the main maintenance methods consist of disassembly clean,update and test. For all fasteners,sealing, rubber parts and other parts used at or near the upper limit according to the maintenance manual need to replace a new one.For the parts far away from the upper limit according to the maintenance manual need to be disassembled deeply,check and functional recovery.The key of bogie overhaul can be modularly divided into bogie frame repair,wheelsets and bearing repair,transmission parts repair,break parts repair,body to bogie connection parts repair and the load test after assembly. Because this type of bogie is developed for sino-foreign joint, the key important parts adopt imported components.The maintenance quality control, schedule control and the supply of spare parts is an important factor of restricting the overhaul period , in addition, personnel proficiency and ability may also affect the whole progress of overhaul.We can improve the quality and efficiency of bogie overhaul by imported parts localization attempt, strengthen of precatory repair quality inspection, advance of staff skills gradually.
