中低速磁浮道岔角平分装置的设计优化

摘    要:针对中低速磁浮试验线角平分装置试验出现的安装难、连接杆强度低、连接支座与套筒干涉问题进行分析,对株洲中低速磁浮道岔角平分装置进行了设计优化。经过试运行证明,该设计安装方便,运行效果良好,满足整体道岔设计安装要求。

Abstract:The installation for test of angle bisector device on mid and low-speed maglev test track is difficult,with low strength of the connecting rod,interference between the connecting bearing and sleeve,and these problems are analyzed.Design of turnout angle bisector device on mid and low-speed maglev in Zhuzhou is optimized.Through trial running,it is proved the design is easy to install,running well,meeting the overall turnout design and installation requirements.
