地铁车站管幕预筑法施工注浆技术

The Grouting Technology Using Tube Screen Pre-construction Method in Metro Station

The tube screen pre-construction method in the construction of metro station ensures zero subsidence of the surrounding soil.The core assurance measures in the whole construction process are to grout to the surrounding soil.The grouting process not only ensures that the surrounding soil is timely reinforced,without occurrence of soil settlement,but also has a good sealing effect,while the lateral friction of the steel pipe outer wall must also be reduced,in order to ensure the pipe jacking construction operations are carried out smoothly.Starting from the discussion on the grouting process requirements through analysis on the screen of the tube pre-construction method,the article studies the performance characteristics of a variety of grouting,proposes new ideas for using different slurry phased grouting,which have gained good results in practice.
