| 摘 要： | 通过对机动车安全检验机构联网监管的重要性加以介绍，提出一种由管理层系统与站点层系统组成的机动车安检机构联网监管系统，同时对系统的功能、硬件结构和软件技术进行深入阐述，由此看出：该系统可为公众提供一种方便快捷的车型参数信息查询服务，并为行车安全和降低环境污染提供可靠、科学的技术保障。
