| Abstract: | This paper first introduces the highway disasters on the influence of road network, and then according to the bridge deck icing, wear road water and flood disaster characteristics of Jiangbei district, analyzed the existing key problems of highway disaster emergency management, thereby putting forward the effective emergency management plan. |
