摘    要:针对火电机组大迟延的特点,提出了一种基于鲁棒约束的串级PID(比例-积分-微分)控制器稳定域优化方法.该方法首先根据时延系统的模型得到串级PID控制器参数的稳定域,然后利用鲁棒灵敏度函数的最大值获得最优的控制器参数.通过对火电机组过热汽温串级控制系统的仿真研究,表明该方法可以快速地确定串级控制器的最优参数,为火电机组热力系统的PID控制器参数优化提供了一种简单有效的方法.

Abstract:For the large delay of thermal power units, a novel approach to optimizing the stabilizing regions of cascade P ID (Proportion-Integration_Differentiation) controllers based on robust constraints is present. The stability regions of cascade PID controller parameters are obtained by the models of timedelay systems. Through the maximum value of robust sensitivity function, the optimal controller parameters are found. Simulation researches of superheated steam temperature cascade control system show that the method can quickly determine the optimal parameters of cascade controllers. The paper provides a simple and effective method for PID controllers parameters optimization of thermodynamic system in thermal power units.
