| 摘 要： | 笔者以SPA代替第二抗体采用ELISA法检测不育夫妇和有生育能力夫妇的精液及血液中抗精子抗体共220例,其检测结果,不育组阳性检出率为30.5%,生育组阳性检出率为7.6%,二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。不育组男性阳性检出率为32.5%,女性28.4%,男女比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。该方法具有操作简便,特异性强,敏感性高,重复性好等优点,是目前诊断免疫不育症的一个较为理想的实验方法。

| Abstract: | The author detected ASA(antispermantibody) insperm and blood from 220 fertile and infertile couples,with SPA substituted for second antibody by ELISA.The result is that the positive rate in infertile group is30.5%, 7.6% in fertile group, the difference between thetwo groups was statistically significant(P<0.001). Thepositive rate in infertile male is 32.5%, and female28.4%, the difference between them was no significance(P>0.05). 80 ASA in male sperm and blood were de-tec ted compared with the detected result, ASA in spermis higher than that in blood(P<0.05). This method wasused simply, specifically, sensitively and repeatedly, It is anideal method to diagnose the immuno--inferility by de-tecting ASA. |
