机液联合仿真在新型挤扩变径灌注桩成型机设计中的应用

摘    要:利用土力学分析挤扩臂运动过程中的受力情况,得出挤扩臂的受力曲线,利用ADAMS的机液联合仿真,建立新型挤扩变径灌注桩成型机的虚拟样机模型,模拟实际工况进行了机构的运动学和动力学分析,了解成型机在实际状况下的工作状态,从而为改进设计提供了有价值的参考信息。

Abstract:In this paper, the virtual prototype model of the new-typed machine is established, the soil dynamics is used to get the force curve of the extruding arms, the ADAMS is used to make the kinematics and dynamics analysis, the extruding device is simulated with the virtual prototype theory to get the real work instance, it can give us more valuable reference.
