| 摘 要： | 将影响城市公共交通运营质量的错综复杂的因素看作一个大系统，利用系统工程中的解析结构模型，分析系统中各要素的直接、间接关系，画出多级递阶结构，从而描述了各要素之间的相互关系，找出了影响城市公共交通运营质量的根本影响因素。给出了解析结构模型的应用过程，分析了导致公共交通出行分担率较低的主要原因，并提出应对策略措施。

| Abstract: | This paper regards the complex transit operation problem in city as a big system. Using interpretative structure model of system engineering, the paper analyzes the direct and indirect connection of factors in the system and draws multi-level hierarchy structure. Then, the paper describes the mutual connections among the factors, and finds the key reason that affects transit operation. The paper expatiates on application process of Interpretative Structure Model by transit operation problem, analyzes the main reason which leads to the low transit trip, and offers a countermeasure. |
