| Abstract: | This paper reports quantitation determination of copper,iron and zinc in human placcnta serum by sampling control pulse flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The method is rapi2,sensitive and precise.The sample is less quantitation by determination.A new simple and convenient method has been provided for the determination of trace elements of biological samples which are more difficult obtained. |
