摘    要:为了解决盾构接收井封闭条件下,不能利用接收井正常拆机,只能将盾构解体后从隧道内倒运回始发井的问题,以天津地铁6号线项目6 390 mm开挖直径土压平衡盾构为例,通过设计一套包括刀盘、前体、中体和盾尾在内的盾构主机分割解体方案,有效地解决了盾构主机无法通过隧道内运输的难题。通过这个设计方式,希望对盾构施工过程中存在类似问题的项目提供一些盾构解体分割方案上的参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The shield should be transported to launching shaft in tunnel after dismantling when the receiving shaft has been closed. As a result, a series of shield dismantling methods for 6 390 mm EPB shield used in Line No. 6 of Tianjin Metro, including cutterhead dismantling, front shield dismantling, shield body dismantling and shield tail dismantling, are designed and applied; and the shield transport in tunnel can be achieved. The above mentioned shield dismantling methods can provide reference and guidance for similar projects in the future.
