盾构刀盘变形修复技术及理念

摘    要:珠三角城际隧道施工中盾构刀盘出现了较大变形,为实现仓内维修并恢复掘进,探讨在不具备全面、系统修复的安全空间和作业条件情况下进行刀盘应急修复的特殊技术,总结出仓内变形刀盘的修复要点即控制修复刀箱在刀盘径向和轴向的安装位置,以保证各滚刀间距及破岩轨迹与原设计相符,并使滚刀表面保持弧形过渡。为盾构刀盘仓内特殊条件下维修积累了经验,也是对修复表面要求“从平到不平”的理念做了尝试与探讨。

Abstract:In the course of shield boring, serious deformation occurs to the cutterhead and the boring has to be suspended. Due to the restraints of the environment, instead of full and systematic repairing of the cutterhead, emergency repairing has to be made. The technology of the emergency repairing of the cutterhead is presented in the paper, which can provide reference for similar cases in the future.
