基于传感技术的盾构在线状态监测系统

摘    要:为解决盾构监测与调试时出现的问题,保证盾构在工作过程中的安全、稳定、可靠,采用传感监测技术,监测盾构关键部件各测点的振动速度和温度,并结合通讯技术将实时监测的数据传输至控制器进行分析处理,实现盾构机械的在线监测,并对监测系统进行试验。试验结果表明: 各测点的振动速度为1~1.5 mm/s、温度为20~48 ℃,满足盾构正常运行状态的要求,系统各项指标符合盾构在线监测系统的设计要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems such as detection and commissioning of shield machine, and guarantee the safety, the stabilization and reliability of shield during construction, the sensing and detecting technology is adopted to design an online monitoring system for shield operation status, which can monitor the vibration and temperature of key components of shield, and transmit the data detected to the controller; and the monitoring system is tested. The testing results show that the indices, i.e. vibration velocity of 1-1.5 mm/s and temperature of 20-48 ℃, can meet normal operation requirements of shield and design requirements of on line monitoring system.
