摘    要:以"活络式方形压头曲面成形装置"为几何模型,建立有限元数值仿真。以Q345钢材为例,进行多点成形仿真,通过试验验证数值模拟的精确性。与模压成形过程进行对比,分析2种成形方式的前后曲率变化和板材上下表面接触情况,并对比了2种成形方式对应力分布与回弹位移量的影响。总结出两种成形方法对回弹的影响并提出控制回弹的建议。

Comparative Study on Numerical Simulation of Integral Die Forming and Multi-point Forming
Abstract:Multi-point forming is the main method of cold forming of curved sheet at present. This paper establishes the finite element numerical simulation based on the geometric model of the flexible-winding square indenter surface forming device, and takes Q345 steel as an example to carry out multi-point forming simulation. The accuracy of numerical simulation is verified by experiments. At the same time, the curvature changes and sheet metal before and after the two forming methods are compared and analyzed. The contact between upper and lower surfaces and the effect of two forming methods on stress distribution and springback displacement are also discussed. In this paper, the key technologies of numerical simulation, such as the establishment of three-dimensional geometric model, mechanical properties of materials, constraints, element division and so on, are analyzed.
