软硬不均地层盾构技术的思考

摘    要:软硬不均地层盾构施工难题一直考验着工程技术人员的智慧,业界为此付出的代价频现报端。文章以发展的眼光,梳理了国内盾构在软硬不均地层施工的曲折历程。从什么是软硬不均地层、软硬不均地层盾构施工所面临的问题、软硬不均地层为什么易发生掌子面坍塌入手,引出了国内软硬不均地层盾构技术发展,详细阐述了深孔爆破预破碎方案对盾构施工所带来的次生危害,提出了新形势下软硬不均地层盾构技术的思考。主要结论如下: 以盾构装备技术发展实现软硬不均地层顺利掘进,而不再进行预处理,符合科技进步规律与社会发展要求。

Abstract:The technologies for shield tunneling in heterogeneous ground are very important. The development of technologies for shield tunneling in heterogeneous ground is introduced. The development of technologies for shield tunneling in heterogeneous ground in China is presented in terms of definition of heterogeneous ground, problems met during shield tunneling and causes for collapse. The secondary damage for shield tunneling induced by deep hole blasting is introduced in detail. The reflecting on technologies for shield tunneling in heterogeneous ground is proposed. The author suggests that the development of shield dedicated equipment technology is the key to successful shield tunneling in heterogeneous ground.
