摘    要:针对某型燃气轮机陆上试验的进气系统,布置不同过滤结构模型,采用CFD数值模拟计算方法,分析了三种过滤结构对进气系统流场、燃机进口空气速度均匀性、总压损失等参数影响。结果表明:在低进气流量下,过滤结构产生的总压损失占据主导位置,随着进气流量的增加,进气室稳压室向燃机进口直管收缩产生的压损更为明显。两侧分布式过滤结构降低了燃机进口空气速度的不均匀度,并有效降低了总压损失。

Abstract:Aiming at the intake system of a certain type of gas turbine onshore test platform, different filter structures are arranged , and the effects of three different filter structures on the flow field, uniformity of gas turbine inlet and total pressure loss of the intake system are analyzed by CFD numerical simulation method. The results showed that the total pressure loss caused by the filter structure accounts for the main part at low intake air flow rate. With the increase of intake air flow rate, the pressure loss caused by the intake pressure stabilization chamber contracting to the intake straight pipe of the gas turbine is dominated. Distributed filter structure on both sides reduces the inhomogeneity of gas turbine inlet air velocity and reduces the total pressure loss effectively.
