| 摘 要： | 为加强地铁综合接地系统的施工质量，基于深圳地铁11号线车红区间混合所综合接地的施工管理中，从材料控制、施工工艺、人员技能、机械使用、施工环境及验收程序等方面，针对现场可能存在的质量控制薄弱环节进行研究和管控，从各环节强化过程管理，使产品质量控制得到较好的效果，得到相关方的高度评价。就项目的管理现状和相关研究，进行分析和总结，给在施工一线的同行提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the site quality control of integrated grounding management of Che Hong section on No. 11 Line of Shenzhen Metro is studied, in terms of material control ,construction technology, labor capacity, equipment, construction environment and acceptance program. The paper can provide reference for the grounding management of Metro in the future. |
