TBM掘进综合试验台的研制

摘    要:刀盘刀具破岩技术是全断面隧道掘进机技术的核心,但是目前国内研究基础还比较薄弱。为了掌握滚刀破岩技术,需要在实验室内准确模拟滚刀破岩过程的试验台架。介绍TBM掘进综合试验台的主要结构、工作原理、主要技术指标、液压系统和信号检测系统等。试验台的建成将为我国TBM刀盘破岩技术及滚刀制造技术提供关键的试验设备。

Abstract:Rock cutting technology is the core of the full face tunnel boring machine (TBM) technology, however, researches on the rock cutting technology of TBM in China is relatively weak. A test bench with which the process of rock cutting of TBM can be simulated accurately in the laboratory is needed so as to master the rock cutting technology of TBM. In the paper, the development of a TBM boring test bench is presented and the structure, working principle, technical parameters, hydraulic system and monitoring system of the test bench are described. The test bench developed is a key test equipment to study on the rock cutting technology and cutter manufacture technology of TBM.
