市政工程建设造价控制中的问题及对策

随着中国经济的迅速发展,促进了城市化的快速发展,许多城市地区的市政工程投资增加,由于这些工程大部分在市区,受到很多因素的影响,而且还涉及到市政府的有关部门的行政命令等因素。所有这些变量导致实施过程中的成本难以控制,如果处理不当,就很难成功完成项目的投资。该文从建设项目全过程的各个阶段,分析了存在的问题,并提出相应的措施,可供同行参考。

Problems in Control of Municipal Engineering Construction Cost and Countermeasures

With the rapid economic development of China,the rapid development of urbanization is promoted and the municipal engineering investment of many urban areas is increased.The most of projects are affected by many factors and involved with the administrative decree of the relative departments under the municipal government because of these projects placed in city areas.All these variables result in difficultly controlling the cost of implementation process.It is hard to successfully complete the project investment if not handled properly.The article analyzes the existing problems in each stage of the whole construction process,and puts forward the relative measures for reference.
