大跨度连续组合拱桥整体顶推施工临时撑杆方案设计

摘    要:某跨江大桥主航道桥为单孔跨径188m,全长608m的大跨度组合梁-钢拱组合体系拱桥。根据桥梁方案特点及建桥条件,该桥采用钢拱、钢梁在岸上先期组拼为一体,利用顶推设备进行整体顶推的施工方法。为了保证顶推过程中钢拱、钢梁受力满足规范要求,需在钢拱、钢梁之间设置多个临时撑杆。该文着重介绍拱梁之间临时撑杆的方案选择和受力分析要点。

Abstract:The main bridge of a crossing-river bridge is a single-span 188 m of long-span composite beam-steel system arch bridge.Its total length is 608 m.Based on the bridge scheme characteristic and construction condition,this bridge is constructed firstly by assembling the steel arch and steel beam into integration on bank,and then by using the pushing equipment to carry out the integrally pushing construction.In order to guarantee the stresses of steel arch and steel beam to satisfy the requirement and standard in the pushing process,it is required to install many temporary stay bars among the steel arches and steel beams.The article focuses introduction on the scheme selection and stress analysis gist of temporary stay bars among the arches and beams.
