施工索赔策略与技巧分析

承包商承包工程的目的是为盈利,而在目前建筑市场的压价竞争导致的低价甚至是低于成本价的大环境下,传统观念上的施工要想取得较好的盈利是很困难的。索赔似乎成了改变承包商命运的途径之一。该文根据笔者多年从事工程建设的经验,认为要做好索赔工作,索赔策略与技巧尤为关键,并就此作了探讨。
