| Abstract: | The article introduces various factors summarized in the study of proposal value of the design water level of Changzhou City.There is a unified requirement for the river shipping,flood control,bridge construction,water intake,water supply,drainage,farmland water conservancy and the control of critical floor elevation of Changzhou City.This proposal value of water level can unify the design water level of Changzhou City and can ensure the expected effect and the defined security standard,which has the application value. |
