大学英语教师隐性知识共享激励机制研究

摘    要:大学英语教师隐性知识的共享,对提高学校整体英语教学、科研水平具有重要意义。本文在分析大学英语教师隐性知识共享的内涵及作用的基础上,对影响大学英语教师隐性知识共享的障碍进行了梳理,并主要提出了激励大学英语教师隐性知识共享的措施。

Abstract:College English teachers' tacit knowledge sharing has strong support to improving the English teaching and the scientific research level.Based on the analysis of college English teachers' tacit knowledge sharing connotation and function,this article mainly puts forward the incentive measures about college English teacher' tacit knowledge sharing aim at the obstacles of the tacit knowledge sharing.
