体育教师情感素质及价值分析

摘    要:情感在教学中的作用日益得到更多行家的重视。关于情感教学的文字也不少见,但如何全面认识和充分实现体育教师情感的教学价值,如何全面提高其情感素质,至今还是一个值得人们继续深入探讨的课题。本文认为体育教师在提高情感素质过程中,除加强通过语调,表情,动作和手势方面的变化,表达内心世界的真实感受,增强课堂教学的感染力,引起学生的感情共鸣外,还应必须注重从情感的稳定性,情感的深刻性和情感的纯洁性三个方面提高自身的情感素质。

Abstract:The function of the emotional quality is drawing more and more attention of the specialist and there are also a great many of papers to remark it,so how to fully understand and achieve emotional teaching value of the PE teacher and how to completely improve their emotional quality are still worthy of further probe.Besides exploiting various of intonations,expressions,action and gestures to express their inside true feeling,strengthen influence of the class and arouse sympathy of the student,the PE teacher should pay more attention to three aspects of stability,profundity and purity of the emotion to improve their emotional quality.
