工程总承包商与分包商的收益分配研究

研究目的:探求工程总承包商与分包商之间合理的利益分配机制,以充分调动分包商参与项目优化设计的积极性,实现工程总承包项目的优化设计,降低项目的总成本。研究结论:分包商为总承包项目优化设计付出的最优努力程度与其自身的知识投入效率系数、所分配的项目总承包收益的比例呈正相关,与其自身的知识投入成本系数以及设计费用占建设投资的比例呈负相关。项目总承包收益分配给分包商的最优分配比例与分包商知识投入的效率系数成正相关,与分包商知识投入的成本系数以及总承包商知识投入的效率系数呈负相关。
