复方伪麻黄碱溶液的止咳作用及急性毒性研究

摘    要:研究了复方伪麻黄碱溶液及其组份对二氧化硫刺激所致小鼠咳嗽反应的影响;分别测定了三个药物及其复方溶液的LD50,并进行了比较分析。结果显示,复方伪麻黄碱溶液具有协同止咳作用。急性毒性研究表明,复方伪麻黄斌溶液的LD50大于右美沙酚,其急性毒性减小。说明复方伪麻黄碱组方合理,比单用右美沙酚安全有效。

Abstract:The effects of compound pseudoephedrine (Com), which consists of pseudoephedrine (P), dextromethorphan (D) and chlerpheniramine (C), on cough elicted by sulfur dioxidein mice were studied. The LD50 of the Com and its 3components was determinated and compared witheach other. The results showed that Com could inhibit cough reaction in mice, and its componentshave synergistic action. LD50 of D was the smallest,LD50 of Com > LD50 of D. It's demonstrated thatCom is more effective and safe than D.
