| 摘 要： | 收费广场的设立对高速公路运营和管理构成了严重的影响。目前还没有一种适合我国国情的用以指导高速公路收费广场规划、设计、运行管理的服务水平分析方法。在对目前现有的几种服务水平分析方法进行了详细比较的基础上，开发了一种收费广场服务水平分析方法，并分别就设计分析和运行分析给出了步骤。

| Abstract: | Toll
plaza on highway has seriously influenced on highway operation and management. At present
there are not suitable methodologies for service-level analysis of planning, designing,
operating and managing of toll plaza in our country. On the basis of comparing several
existing methodologies in detail, in this paper the authors developed a new methodology
for service-level analysis of toll plaza, and gave designing analysis and operating
analysis steps. |
