政府激励机制下校企合作共建高职生产性实训基地研究与实践

文章分析了生产性实训基地对高职人才培养的作用及其建设现状,揭示了政府支持缺位是制约校内生产性实训基地发展的最大因素,并指出政府既要协调高职院校与相关企业紧密合作、资源共享、合作办学、合作育人,更要出台财税扶持政策增强校企合作的内在动力与需求;对于共享型生产性实训基地,政府既要一次性投入建设,还要每年投入运行维护经费,确保生产性实训基地的有效运转。

Research of College-enterprise Production Practice Bases Based on Government Motivation Mechanism

Based on an analysis of the roles production practice bases play in vocational colleges’talents cultivation and the status quo of its construction, this article reveals that the lack of government support is the major retraining factor for the development of on-campus production practice bases. In combination with the practice in the writer’s work unit, this article proposes that the government should take the role of coordinating college-enterprise cooperation in resource sharing, running schools and cultivating talents, that the government should introduce tax supporting policies to strengthen the intrinsic motivation and demands in college-enterprise cooperation, and that as for the sharing production practice bases, the government should not only make one-off investment in construction, but pay a percentage of funds every year for maintenance to make sure that produc-tion practice bases can operate efficiently.
