多相交流变频调速电机的研制

摘    要:基于多相交流绕组理论,文章阐述了多相交流变频调速电机的构成原理和特点,进一步从企业自身产业发展的需求出发,着重开发多相交流变频调速电机电磁计算程序和相应的定子绕组设计方法。在研制成功的200 kW六相8极移30°交流变频调速电机的基础上,通过大量试验论证,证明采用本设计程序和铁路三相异步牵引电机的结构设计方法可系统地解决多相大功率交流变频调速电机的关键技术。

Abstract:Based on the theory of multiphase AC windings,this paper presents the composition principle and the characteristics of multiphase AC variable frequency motor.From the enterprise’needs,emphasizes on developing the program of electromagnetic calculation and design method of stator winding of multiphase AC variable frequency motor.Based on the successfully produce AC variable frequency motor with 200 kW 6-phase 8-pole double Y-connected windings displaced in turn by 30 °,from many experiments,it proves that using the program and construction design method of 3-phase asynchronous traction motor can solve systematically main difficulty during multiphase AC variable frequency motor development.
