| 摘 要： | 上海地铁9号线中春路站既有结构改扩建工程的工程量较大，改造技术难度很高。经过仔细研究，技术人员在车站配线方案中提出了5个互有优缺点的方案。为了从中选出最佳设计方案，项目设计有关人员运用价值工程的方法对各可行方案进行了技术经济比选，最后得出了满意的结果，该实例对其他类似的工程决策具有很好的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Shanghai Zhongchun Road Metro Station extension project has a large engineering quantity and high design standards. The engineers present 5 design plans with different merits and faults after careful discus sion. To select the most favorable alternatives, this article uses the value engineering method to compare each plan＇s technical function and cost, and gets a good result finally. It＇s a good example for the other projects＇plan decision making. |
