| 摘 要： | 在分析现行交通事故责任强制保险存在问题的基础上,从机动车的保险种类与保障范围、保险限额的设置、基本保险费的确认、提高强制保险的投保率等方面提出了相应对策,以保障交通事故责任强制保险的基本目标得以实现,交通事故受害者能够依法获得赔偿。
