| 摘 要： | 静液压强度试验是聚乙烯管材相关标准中规定的重要性能。通过对聚乙烯管材静液压的受力分析,推导出了管材的轴向、径向、环向应力和边界计算公式。结合管材测试压力和公称压力,计算并比较了它们之间的数值。同时,对静液压测试压力计算公式的由来作了说明,明确了静液压试验对管材性能测试的重要性。

| Abstract: | Hydrostatic strength is an important performance to polyethylene pips in the related standards.Through analysis about the polyethylene pipes in hydrostatic strength testing,the formula of axial,radial and hoop stress were inferred.According to the test pressure and nominal pressure of pipes,calculated and compared their numerical value.At the same time,given an explanation on the origin of the formula of hydrostatic strength testing,specified the importance of hydrostatic strength testing for polyethylene pips. |
