汽车车身复杂钣金件的拓扑优化设计

摘    要:利用有限元方法,结合零件的造型、约束、受力和模态等特点,对汽车车身复杂钣金件进行了拓扑分析和设计。利用激光模态分析仪对实物进行了模态测量,分析结果和测量结果基本一致。从而验证了拓扑优化方法可以用于复杂钣金件的设计,并可以获得最佳的结构和力学特性。

Abstract:Topology analysis and design for complex panels of car body are carried out by using FEM and considering the characteristics of styling,constraints,forces,modes etc.At the same time,the modes were mea.sured by using laser modal analyzer.Both the results of analysis and measurement are basically coincident.It was validated that topology optimization could be used in designing complex panels and the best structure and me chanical characteristics could be obtained.
