| Abstract: | To build the urban express road system is the important measure for improving the urban traffic transportation and service level as well as the integral transportation efficiency,at the same time,for mitigating traffic pressure.The paper analyzes the characteristics and function of express road system,puts forward the principle to be kept and the problems to be paid attention to in the period of plan and design. |
