| 摘 要： | GA747型剑杆织机结构简单，使用广泛，但是采用单片机控制存在着诸多缺点。文章采用西门子S7—200PLC对其电气控制系统进行技术改造，可以实现电子选色、断经断纬停车等功能，提高系统的工作可靠性和生产效率。

| Abstract: | GA747 Rapier Loom has the advantages in its simple structure and extensive application, while the disadvantage lies in its microcontroller. In the paper, a transformation with the application of Siemens S7-200PLC to its electric control system was adopted, which contributed to the electronic color-selection, automatic broken-warp/weft and stop operation, and the improvement of working reliability and production efficiency. |
