| 摘 要： | 通过对紧急事件发生时会危及特大型桥梁的交通安全或引起交通拥堵的可能情况逐一列举,按所列出各个应急问题的影响范围和可能造成事故的严重程度等指标进行排序,从中找出特大型桥梁在应急管理中迫切需要解决的问题,以及各个应急问题解决的优先程度,以便有针对地提出应急对策,为后续制定紧急事件的应急管理预案提供依据。

| Abstract: | Firstly, the study enumerated the situations that might endanger the extra-large bridges＇ traffic safety or cause congestion when emergency situation occured. Then, the influence factors based on the influence scope of an emergency event and the severity of the event were sorted, and the urgent problems to be resolved in emergency management to extra-large bridges were found out. Finally, the priority solving the various emergency problem was determined according to the sorting result. The study can provide a basis for the subsequent development of emergency plans. |
