土压平衡盾构土压平衡比控制的模拟试验研究

摘    要:为验证采用土压平衡比控制土压平衡(EPB)盾构平衡推进的有效性,设计了适于盾构EPB电液模拟试验系统的土压平衡比控制结构,并研究了盾构在推进速度和土质变化干扰下的土压平衡比控制特性。结果表明,采用土压平衡比控制方法可使盾构在各种干扰下保持土压稳定及盾构平衡推进,可为采用土压平衡比方法辅助管理地层稳定提供参考。

Abstract:To verify the validity of adopting Earth-Pressure-Balance Ratio(EPBR) to control the thrust balance of EPB shields,a control structure of EPBR suitable for electro-hydraulic simulation system was designed and the control characteristics of EPBR were studied under conditions of various driving speeds and soils.Results showed that EPBR can control earth pressure steadily and guarantee shield driving in a balanced manner under different conditions.
