由于重型自卸车承载力大且使用工况恶劣，导致弹簧滑板在使用过程中故障率较高，从而使得售后维修及索赔成本增大；本文针对弹簧滑板在使用过程中的失效模式在原有技术及结构之上，设计一种新结构弹簧滑板，从而降低弹簧滑板故障率，最大程度的提高弹簧滑板使用寿命。

The failure rate of the dump trucks spring skateboard is high in the process of working, due to the large beating capacity and poor working conditions. So that the costs of customer service and claim demage are increasing ; the author design a new structure of spring skateboard on the basis of the failuring mode and the original technology to reduce the failure rate of the spring skateboard and improve life of the spring skateboard.
